Marwan is a junior associate with over a year hands-on practical experience in corporate law, arbitration, legal research, and contract drafting. He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration and is currently pursuing a second one in Private Law at Assiut University, where he also graduated from the English Law Program.

Marwan is well trained and successfully obtained several certificates in corporate law practice & Toles and bilingual contract drafting which enhanced his experience in legal writing, including reviewing and drafting complex agreements such as, mining, oil & gas and software licensing. He also plays a key role in incorporating companies and advising clients on compliance.

Marwan commitment to legal excellence is also reflected in his academic and mooting achievements, he attended the Leadership in Mock Trials (90+ Hours) reflected on his demonstrated exceptional advocacy skills, accordingly he notably led the first-ever team from Upper Egypt to participate in the prestigious Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Moot Court competition. During his academic journey, he spearheaded multiple legal initiatives, including mock trials and the production of the short legal film “Shotgun Spring”, earning recognition for his ability to guide the participant teams to success.
