Ahmed is a junior associate recognized with his strong legal drafting skills and extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. He combines strong academic performance with hands-on legal knowledge.

Ahmed graduated with honors from Assuit University (English Law Program) and ranked among the top 10 law students.

Ahmed is also active in legal education and training. He was an academic member of the mock trials team and took part in several legal writing and advocacy workshops. He also authored a legal research paper, which he presented at an international academic conference.

With a strong belief that legal practice and business insight go hand in hand, Ahmed pursued training in project management and employability skills, earning certification from the American University in Cairo.

Before joining the firm, Ahmed was trained for two years at one of Egypt’s leading law firms, focusing on tax and civil law. He also gained practical experience in corporate advisory and bilingual contract drafting supported by multiple certifications in legal drafting.

Ahmed rendered a wide range of legal services supporting corporate legal operations and conducted in-depth legal researches with a practical understanding of client’s needs. He brings a balanced mindset approach of legal precision and business awareness, resulting in contributing efficiently to the corporate and cross-border legal matters.
