Mr. Mansour has 21 years of experience in compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and corporate governance. Mr. Mohamed Mansour is a distinguished expert in regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and internal controls. As Corporate Governance Counsel at Tawakol Corporate Consultation, he provides strategic legal guidance to businesses on regulatory frameworks, AML policies, and corporate governance best practices.

Since 2015, Mr. Mansour has led compliance and AML functions at NAEEM Holding Company, where he played a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks. His responsibilities included developing regulatory policies, implementing AML measures, and ensuring adherence to global financial compliance standards.

Prior to his role at NAEEM, Mr. Mansour spent seven years as the Head of the Inspection Department at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and three years as a Senior External Auditor at MAZARS Mostafa Shawki & Co.

Mr. Mansour is a licensed Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer and has completed numerous courses organized by prestigious institutions such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Central Bank of Bahrain, the International Centre for Information Systems and Audit (India), the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

He is also an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), and the Egyptian Society of Taxation.

Mr. Mansour holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate diploma from the Faculty of Economics & Political Science, Cairo University.
